Great Advice

I already knew Victoria Leigh as a community-minded leader but had never used her services professionally. We recently had the need for some very serious legal advice on an urgent situation that was emotionally charged. She did EXACTLY what you would pray any GOOD attorney would do: she cut to the... chase and gave us the hard, cold, but sound legal advice that we needed. Her guidance was crucial to a successful settlement. I highly recommend her and her team. They're response was prompt and professional and on point. They truly did ROAR TO THE RESCUE!

Happy with consultation

Victoria completed a phone consultation for us and we appreciated her honesty in informing us that we actually did not require an attorney for our circumstances. I felt that was very ethical of her as some attorneys may have attempted to convince us otherwise.

Excellent Judgment

I am an attorney who consulted with Attorney Leigh on an election law case. I was impressed by her analysis of the issues, her insistence on determining the relevant facts, and her ultimate, well-grounded judgment about the case’s merits and its probable outcome.

Wish there was a 0 star rating

Victoria Leigh was hired to represent me in a divorce case. She did not file a single thing on my behalf. She did not help protect my children and got upset when I started filing things on my own to protect my children. They advised me not to do anything, actually advised me to abuse illegal prescrip...tion drugs and ride out the judges temporary decision, even though it put my children in very real danger. They breached their contract, dropped me right in the middle of my case, and actually asked for more money and more money, even though they did NOTHING. They refused to give me my file for my new attorney and refused to refund any of my money, even though I paid them for a divorce, they did not file a single thing, and I am still not divorced. They dropped me on July 15 and did not bother to inform me of this until July 23. They have terrible communication, went into trial completely blind, and failed to even try to help protect my 4 kids.

We did exactly what we agreed to do, what the circumstances required us to do, what the contract & recorded conversation confirms we agreed to do, and the results were exactly as we predicted. You failed to pay as agreed and refused to follow the court order. The paper file we had was returned to you & everything else was provided to your new counsel.

Beyond Poor

This was an initial consult in which I fired her due to her lack of her "professionalism" You want throw away money, time and interest in a lawyer, she is the neophyte for you. I was shocked at her lack of knowledge and "Hell" bent on selling a "Model" she had already explained which had nothing to d...o with my case. I had an expert witness at the meeting which observed the encounter. She refused to look at his evidence of photographs, time and date stamped. which would have easily cleared the way but she was too busy trying to "sell" and make a profit for her firm. One must listen to learn what the client is expressing or desiring. Initializing such a common exchange was "snubbed " due to her lack of experience. I have had many attorney's over the years and the "eye rolling" interrupting condescension was not only proof she is inept but a detriment to your firm. Already several clients that had been suggested to use her have moved forward to another firm that I have had an open listening ear --all in one day--Based upon our request from Estate Planing onward that are willing wiling to work with all of us in different capacities. If this was my employee, I would want to know about the behavior, incapacitates of the person that could weaken your "business model growth". No way in the world would I ever waste my time on her. Listen first and learn. That is where relationships are built. Sincerely , Cindy

Cindy, I talked to you for over 45 minutes for free and told you not to waste money on hiring us or any lawyer because you wouldn't be happy with the results. You were rude and condescending that you had researched the issues and determined you had a great case. Certainly the cost of your attorney's fees would outweigh your recovery. You left in a huff. The “sell” was me trying to explain our communication, commitment to practical legal advice & that not every issue in life has a viable legal remedy. The "expert" you brought with you agreed with my analysis!

"Tori is one of the most knowledgable lawyers I know in the area of protecting clients from unlawful debt collection, which is not an area of practice that I handle very often. When I have a question in this area, I always call her, because she can always answer my questions or point me in the right direction. She runs a busy practice in North Little Rock, but she always makes herself available to those in need, and especially clients. If you're in need of help, especially in Pulaski County courts, let Tori roar to your rescue."
