In her own words, the legal system let me down. Not only did it let me down, but the ripped fabric between the last words I said during my intake call and where we went were vast and deep. (If I were Victoria, I would have checked for a recording of the call to verify my statements when I brought th...is to her attention, but then again, I’m not an attorney.) I was left with less cash than i started, nothing accomplished and a stop sign at every turn when a family member was literally transferring real property without even so much as a “this is what we are going to do”. Frustrating. Irritating. More professional than the last attorney, but somehow I don’t think these folks need to subsidize their income with a separate line of work….or something.

She doesn’t care about what’s best for your child. She Has absolutely no integrity an will lie to you an say whatever she needs to just get your money. Once they have your money she will threaten you every chance to quit if you don’t do what she says instead of explaining options. They never once al...lowed me to see the communication between opposing counsel as if they had something to hide. Filed a motion without my approval making accusations that was one of many reasons causing me to lose the case. Because of her mistakes I lost my case an then after losing my case filed a false collection of 200$ With out even saying I even had a balance. I had paid over 20k for a custody case. I have asked for my file an they have refused to give it to me saying it’s in storage. There is so much more I could say but if this is not enough to warn you then I wish you good luck. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use her or Rebecca or anyone in her law firm. You will be highly disappointed. I have every intentions of filing a complaint to the board an hopefully I can stop her from doing this to anyone else.

For almost two years now, I’ve utilized supervised visitation services with Leigh Law on a weekly basis. Despite even dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, Victoria and her team still manage to find a way to get supervisors for visits— and sometimes with little advance notice. In fact, Victoria herself... has supervised visits. She’s responsive to emails and keeps her phone handy, which is very helpful in family law. We had a complex situation, and she worked hard to create many options for solutions. She offers many different rooms at her office for onsite supervised visits with varying levels of supervision, even including offsite visits. She even worked with us on pricing, and she isn't greedy or petty in her billing. I have very high expectations, and some other option would have my business and recommendation if those expectations weren’t being met. I’m not even the kind of person who leaves reviews, and I’m not some random friend, family member, or acquaintance— just a normal customer.

I have known Miss Leigh for over 20 years. Miss Leigh is my family lawyer but also has consulted on business issues that I have had.When consulting on family issues Miss Leigh puts the concern of all family members first and foremost even in domestic disputes. She is able to break down legal options... into very simple and understandable language. She is also very patient in domestic matters and does not push her clients into making decisions that they may regret later. She offers a flat rate on her fees which makes it very simple to understand what your cost for her services will be. I highly recommend Miss Leigh for family or business matters.
