Tabatha Sheree Branch

I hired Tabitha Branch to represent me in a dealer fraud case, and it has been an absolute nightmare. She fails to communicate, take any action, or respond to the defense. Every time I call, I'm given the runaround, and she's never available. I paid her in full upfront, but since then, she's been com...pletely unresponsive. She continually lies, claiming we're waiting on the defense or the courts when, in fact, we're waiting on HER. She hasn't even taken my case to court. Save yourself the trouble and avoid her at all costs! I just filed a complaint with the SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS - OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, and I suggest all of her other victims do the same!
