Hubert W. Alexander Jr.

My boyfriend has used Hubert as his attorney for many years and thinks he's the greatest. I have seen Hubert in action and was impressed on that one occasion, he won that day which was the first of what was to be a total of three appearances before the special judge. I paid Hubert $2,500 and spent ab...out 25 minutes in his office trying to answer his questions. I personally find it rude to be asked a question and as I'm trying to answer he picks up the phone and accepts calls or makes calls. This was a big problem because he was not focused on me and was not hearing what I was saying . After showing up for the first appearance before the special judge I piss office about a month later to let him know that we were going back before the judge for a review hearing. And left numerous messages with his office staff stating that we did have questions about what to expect we wanted him there cuz we had already paid him to assist us with this whole procedure. He never returned the phone call and he never showed up. Things did not go good for us that day and have affected us for the past year and caused us much misery and a lot of money. I called him after that review spoke with the receptionist at his office told them what had transpired and asked him to call please and let us know what our options were to change it. HE NEVER CALLED BACK!!! Now to the present it is the end of October 2017 I have been trying to reach this man for 5 days regarding an issue with an idiot next door neighbor that has done nothing but harass us for five years and Hubert has not called back. We have paid him thousands and thousands of dollars over the past ten or fifteen years. Personally I think he's great when he shows up because I've seen him in action. But what that man needs to realize is that he goes home at night and has no problems but his refusal to return phone calls and to speak with his clients one on one and to be reassuring causes us much misery and therefore gets him bad reviews. So basically, do what you want to do. I can honestly say I've seen him work miracles. If you hire Hubert you're going to have to put up with someone that's never available, does not return phone calls, is one rude egotistical man with support staff that are initially very nice but seem to get ruder and ruder each time you call back because you really need to speak with your attorney. You make your own decision. Personally, I'm calling somebody else today because I'm sick of being ignored and need answers NOW. God bless and good luck

If you are looking for a lawyer for Divorce/ Separation, Hubert IS NOT the lawyer for anyone. I have been trying for over two years now, and he just does not care about my case. I have sent several emails, left several call messages, and I get shrugged off. I paid this man A LOT of money, and I did m...ore work the him. He should pay me back, cause he isn't worth one cent!!!

Hubert Alexander is the best lawyer I have ever seen. And I witnessed miracles with this man. I was facing many many many years in prison . Not jail. And this man got me out of every bit of it. No jail time and just probation. I have never felt more comfortable and okay. When he couldn't get ahold of... me to let me know I had court. He went out of his way to find me. He takes every case seriously and does every case with such compassion. He was born to be a attorney. I have watched him pursue many cases and fight to win. Hubert doesn't take no for a answer with any judge and is fearless and bold in the courtroom. Boone or nothing intimidates this man. He says stuff that makes the jury and judges mouths drop and walks out smiling every time. I will never use anyone else but him. I don't feel comfortable and trust no one but this man.

Hubert talked it up on the front end and then laid down once in court. Totally worthless. Literally I thought my defense attorney was working for the prosecution. DO NOT USE HUBERT. He will plea or do whatever to get you out of his system asap. Will not fight for you. Basically called me a liar. I wa...s not guilty and my own defense attorney turned on me. I now have a 35k degree to pay for and a record that wont let me get a job. Thanks Hubert. Oh, and the review by the other poster...too true. You will not hear from Hubert after you pay him.

I DO NOT recommend using Hubert Alexander, he completely failed to represent me for a DWI case. I hired him specifically because he was so highly recommended. Our initial meeting lasted approximately 10 minutes, he made a few notes, took my $400 deposit, and then over the next 3 months he ignored all... of the messages that I left with his extremely rude receptionist. Hubert finally called me less than 24hrs before my court date, we had a rushed conversation that lasted less than 5 min where he was not interested in answering my questions & explaining the proceedings to me. Most importantly he FAILED TO APPEAR for my case!!! As role was called, I was informed by the Prosceuting Attny that Hubert called in & decided to change my plea to guilty, without my input or undersanding of how this would impact me!!! I had to stand before the judge WITHOUT MY LAWYER with no idea of what to expect. At no point did he call me to discuss, and he hasn't bothered to call me since either to explain what happened!!!! What was the point of hiring a lawyer??? Hubert completely failed to represent me and does not deserve your money!!!!. This was the worst epxerience dealing with a lawyer in my life!!!
