I have used Mr. Alexander three time two divorces and one DUI after a Motorcycle accident. Mr. Alexander doesn't want to hear your sob story he just wants the quick facts and if he has questions he will ask. On both divorces I got custody of my children and the DUI was thrown out. Mr. Alexander is a ...no nonsense attorney and knows what he is doing. Not every Lawyer wins every case. If you are guilty there is only so much he can do. Mr. Alexander is an above average attorney and I recommend him. Remember it's not his fault you need a lawyer.

I DO NOT recommend using Hubert Alexander, he completely failed to represent me for a DWI case. I hired him specifically because he was so highly recommended. Our initial meeting lasted approximately 10 minutes, he made a few notes, took my $400 deposit, and then over the next 3 months he ignored all... of the messages that I left with his extremely rude receptionist. Hubert finally called me less than 24hrs before my court date, we had a rushed conversation that lasted less than 5 min where he was not interested in answering my questions & explaining the proceedings to me. Most importantly he FAILED TO APPEAR for my case!!! As role was called, I was informed by the Prosceuting Attny that Hubert called in & decided to change my plea to guilty, without my input or undersanding of how this would impact me!!! I had to stand before the judge WITHOUT MY LAWYER with no idea of what to expect. At no point did he call me to discuss, and he hasn't bothered to call me since either to explain what happened!!!! What was the point of hiring a lawyer??? Hubert completely failed to represent me and does not deserve your money!!!!. This was the worst epxerience dealing with a lawyer in my life!!!
