Hubert W. Alexander Jr.

A hard Hubert Alexander to represent my son because he has seizures and smokes marijuana and has a license for it but he has to have it approved by the judge. I paid Hubert $3,000 for one minute in court and he did nothing he sent his son but absolutely did nothing it was never even brought up. He wa...s also supposed to try to get him out of probation and failed to even ask for that as well all that was done was his probation was reinstated and I didn't even need a lawyer for that. $3,000 for nothing I feel that he stole my money.

I hired Hubert to defend me for an illegal eviction in 2009. He sold me out in court and I was still evicted. He is only out for the money and could care less about the average citizen. He hangs out at the local bars and stays till closing time and usually leaves under the influence of alcohol. I hig...hly recommend him for disbarment as an attorney. Use him and he will sell you out. If I ever need an attorney I would rather have Mickey Mouse defend me. I would give him no stars but it wasn't an option!

My boyfriend has used Hubert as his attorney for many years and thinks he's the greatest. I have seen Hubert in action and was impressed on that one occasion, he won that day which was the first of what was to be a total of three appearances before the special judge. I paid Hubert $2,500 and spent ab...out 25 minutes in his office trying to answer his questions. I personally find it rude to be asked a question and as I'm trying to answer he picks up the phone and accepts calls or makes calls. This was a big problem because he was not focused on me and was not hearing what I was saying . After showing up for the first appearance before the special judge I piss office about a month later to let him know that we were going back before the judge for a review hearing. And left numerous messages with his office staff stating that we did have questions about what to expect we wanted him there cuz we had already paid him to assist us with this whole procedure. He never returned the phone call and he never showed up. Things did not go good for us that day and have affected us for the past year and caused us much misery and a lot of money. I called him after that review spoke with the receptionist at his office told them what had transpired and asked him to call please and let us know what our options were to change it. HE NEVER CALLED BACK!!! Now to the present it is the end of October 2017 I have been trying to reach this man for 5 days regarding an issue with an idiot next door neighbor that has done nothing but harass us for five years and Hubert has not called back. We have paid him thousands and thousands of dollars over the past ten or fifteen years. Personally I think he's great when he shows up because I've seen him in action. But what that man needs to realize is that he goes home at night and has no problems but his refusal to return phone calls and to speak with his clients one on one and to be reassuring causes us much misery and therefore gets him bad reviews. So basically, do what you want to do. I can honestly say I've seen him work miracles. If you hire Hubert you're going to have to put up with someone that's never available, does not return phone calls, is one rude egotistical man with support staff that are initially very nice but seem to get ruder and ruder each time you call back because you really need to speak with your attorney. You make your own decision. Personally, I'm calling somebody else today because I'm sick of being ignored and need answers NOW. God bless and good luck

Hubert has represented me in 2 separate cases. He literally knew more about the state laws than either of the judges. I was so amazed at his knowledge. One tging I can honestly say, is when I am in Hubert's hands in a court room. I know I'm in the best hands, I could possibly be in.. He is brilliant.... He got both my cases taken care of simply because of his knowledge of Arkansas laws. Both was thrown out.... Literally amazing, one case I knew I would almost certainly been found Guilty in, NOT... With Hubert, he walked up handed over some state law, an even stomped the judge an the case was dismissed...:-) He still has that passion for what he does. He comes across as "Boss" satus, but has a huge heart. But I can assure u when Hubert walls into the court room, He is recognized an respected... I strongly recommend Hubert. This man literally world miracles!!!!

Hubert Alexander is the best lawyer I have ever seen. And I witnessed miracles with this man. I was facing many many many years in prison . Not jail. And this man got me out of every bit of it. No jail time and just probation. I have never felt more comfortable and okay. When he couldn't get ahold of... me to let me know I had court. He went out of his way to find me. He takes every case seriously and does every case with such compassion. He was born to be a attorney. I have watched him pursue many cases and fight to win. Hubert doesn't take no for a answer with any judge and is fearless and bold in the courtroom. Boone or nothing intimidates this man. He says stuff that makes the jury and judges mouths drop and walks out smiling every time. I will never use anyone else but him. I don't feel comfortable and trust no one but this man.
