He was an integral part of keeping the dispute clean and generally nice. With his negotiating skills and reason, we were able to avoid a lengthy and trying court battle that helped me and my former spouse start out on a more civil tone so that we were able to co-parent. He also dealt a lot with my... emotional up and downs and was able to reason with both me and my ex-spouse's lawyer through some demands that would have interrupted that the friendly co-parenting vibe we originally set to have. I could email him and get a response quickly. He was there for me, in a professional way, during one of the hardest and most emotionally violate times in my life and I think he is the sole reason I can now have a healthy relationship with my ex spouse and simply focus on the needs of our child. He was honest with what I should expect and it was refreshing.
