Mr. White has represented my elderly mother in matters from Medicare, Medicaid, to nursing home issues. His manner and abilities are the most expert and professional I can imagine, and I, too, am an attorney. When my mother was initially denied nursing home coverage, the nursing home attempted to discharge her and threatened to leave her on the doorstep of a family member. She'd suffered a serious stroke and other issues making adequate home care unrealistic. Against all odds, Mr. White appealed the discharge and won allowing my mother to remain at the facility until the financial matters were resolved.
