Saved my A$$

Ok I needed lawyer after receiving a notice of warrant for my arrest for a ticket that I thought I had taken care of. Knowing my history with Arkansas police I didn't want to go to court without representation, I've made that mistake before, not only did Mr Orta answer his phone when I called, he me...t me at his office which is open later then most in Texarkana area! When I went to his office he was with a client that apparently did not speak English, apparently Mr Orta is fluent in Spanish which would make sense since he apparently handles immigration, as well as criminal defense. After just a few minutes of waiting on him to finish up with his previous client he came out and greeted me from his office and walked me back there. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, and told me what to expect. I paid my deposit and was advised that he would be meeting me at the courthouse the day it was set. He met me at the courthouse the day I was set for trial, and advised me of my options, as well as possible consequences. I liked the fact that he explained both sides to me and did not sugar coat anything, or promise anything he could deliver. He managed to get my fees knocked way down and get me a payment plan for the rest. I hope I don't require a lawyer again anytime soon, but if I do I know I will be going to the Orta Law Firm.
