Biography
I am a native of Baton Rouge and understand the values held by fellow residents and business owners in southern Louisiana. I opened my firm in 1994 on the principle that people have the right to get a fresh start from the heavy burden of debt. Over the past two decades, I have successfully represented thousands of clients in personal bankruptcy cases as well as business related bankruptcy cases, personal injury cases, real estate closings and estate planning. I understand the stress of financial uncertainty, the anxiety of being in an auto accident and the apprehension of trying to plan for the future.
