Excellent Elder Care & Estate Protection

Very knowledgeable concerning the requirements for Medicaid. With his help I was able to qualify my wife with dementia for Long Term Care in a very good assistant living facility. Outstanding resource to answer Special Needs Trust related questions.

My father's will had established a Special Needs Trust for my sister appointing me as Trustee. Pete answered all of my questions promptly, completely, ad clearly.
