Excellent Elder Care & Estate Protection

Very knowledgeable concerning the requirements for Medicaid. With his help I was able to qualify my wife with dementia for Long Term Care in a very good assistant living facility. When my mother faced going into a nursing home, we thought that she was going to have to spend all of her life savings. Mr. Losavio was able to save her life savings and protect her home, getting her qualified for Medicaid quickly. This happened within a month of her entering the nursing home. ...I would highly recommended him for any work needed when time is of the essence.

Relocating after Hurricane Katrina and knowing no one in the Baton Rouge area Pete and staff have been a blessing to my family. Having been rejected by Medicare we were looking for legal counsel. Pete took on the Dept of Health & Hospitals when the Dept of Health & Hospitals were not following thei...r own guidelines. He came highly recommended by my aunt's nursing home and later for my mother's estate. After 2 court battles and wins I am proud to say that I would with utmost respect, recommend Pete Losavio.
