Outstanding Attorney!

Mary Katherine (Katie) Shoenfelt is simply phenomenal. When she originally took my case it was suppose to be about spousal support. This was suppose to be a simple case, but it was everything but simple. Though we were dealing with many challenges, Katie stood firm. She did not falter. She explained ...everything in great details, and never promised anything but her best. Katie was very calm and confident through every twist and turn. She worked very diligently through the process. Her professionalism, knowledge of the law, and thorough research skills paved a way for a victory, without having to go to court. Long Haul

I have used Katie for child custody and support issues for many years. Having been forced to go to court many times for these issues, every time she has been fully prepared. She has been very responsive and understanding of frustrations and setbacks over the years and has given very sound and hones...t advice in dealing with complicated and upsetting circumstances. Katie has had to deal with very uncooperative opposing counsel -- she has stood ground in getting across the facts and obtaining satisfactory resolution. My being in the legal field gives me somewhat of an advantage in knowing a good attorney, and, yes, she most certainly is. I continue to use her and have referred several people to her.

Katie is fantastic!

The divorce from my ex-husband has been a grueling, stressful, and messy affair. Through it all Katie has been a saving grace. From day one, she was easy to talk to and interact with. I felt like I could open up to her, and even if irrelevant to the case, she would take time to listen. She did th...e best she possibly could to get a fair custody settlement to ensure that I, and my daughter's siblings, would be able to spend as much time possible with her, despite having to work and deal with a very hostile and unwilling other party. All of this while doing her best to keep her costs low, as this 1 year+ battle has rung up some major expenses. Thank you Katie, I truly appreciate what you have done for me!
