Satisfaction

Too long in closing case when over. Got real personal. Unprofessional. Resorted to name calling. Im unsatisfied with him as a lawyer. Don't think he wanted to be a lawyer long from our last conversation. I hired him. Wish i didn't.

Really don't know what to say. Name calling? I don't know where you came up with this but I do apologize that it took a while to close your case. I plan on being a lawyer as long as God will have me here. I always love these anonymous reviews.

Too Many Cases Too Care

Too many cases too care and nothing gets done unless you stay on him. Speaking with him is like talking to a golf fish becuase he can't remember anything unless it's in his notes. I was surprised at how cheap he was but now I see you get what you pay for. I hired Greg for a simple case where my ex an...d I wanted to give me full custody and end support enforcement with DCFS. I live out of state and explained to him that I could not make it there court dates so I needed someone to take care of this for me. He drew up the paperwork and we had a judge sign off on it only to find out that it had been filed under the wrong docket number so the DCFS has not ended which put me in arrears. Even though I owe nothing DCFS intercepted my taxes of $3000+ dollars and after dealing with them for 3 weeks trying to figure out why they hadn't taken me out of the system, I find out it was not only the wrong docket number but Greg had also failed to have them serve with the judgment. The DCFS supervisor tells me it's a simple mistake that happens when the attorney doesn't do his due diligence and research the case to see there is a suit with Baton Rouge and DCFS. She says that the judge in BR could have thrown out the case but they can work with me since the social worker submitted the minutes from the court date where my ex testified that I owe nothing. She's been in touch with the ADA about my case and he is just waiting on a call from my attorney to correct this. It could easily be corrected but instead Greg and Stacy, his "paralegal," are just ignoring me and now I'm going to have to hire another attorney to fix his mistakes and I have over $3000 in limbo with DCFS that I can't get back until this is done. I'm not sure what makes Greg think he is a good person to be a family attorney but his lack of care and understanding shows me that nobody should ever entrust their family's legals matters with this man.

Factually incorrect. You were advised of the probable problem you were facing, at the time of the initial representation. You told me that you would "handle it". You then contacted me and wanted me to "fix my mistake for free" immediately, during the pandemic when offices and courts were closed. When I told you would, but that you would have to pay the costs, you contacted my assistant and told her that you would not pay the costs and to do nothing. You then posted this review, and contacted me, telling me you would take it down if I agreed to pay the costs. You also made a false review like this on Google. Its amazing the people you run in to.

The Best! Wish I would have hired him first!

Hiring Mr. Johnson was the best legal decision I have ever made, and wish I would have known about him sooner!! I had just fired my first attorney, and knew going into hiring the second one, I needed to be 100% positive of their abilities and steadfast dedication I would receive after handing over ...my money. After my initial consult with Mr. Johnson, I was able to take away the faith and reassurance that he would fight for me, protect me, and stand up for my legal rights until the end. He never made false promises, he didn’t sugar coat things (but at the same time was able to bring an educated, logical, and positive perspective to each one of my concerns). He was brilliant in troubleshooting and problem solving (to any and all problems at hand or possible foreseen roadblocks in the future). Mr. Johnson does NOT disappoint!! He stands behind his word, has profound ethical standards, and most importantly puts his client’s first. Hands down deserves 5 stars!

He is the BEST!

He was the best family attorney I could have asked for. He was professional, personable, ethical and timely with all matters handled. I could never express my gratitude for everything he did. Highly recommend!!
