Every encounter is different for different people based on the circumstances, but this is based on my encounter. Very unprofessional in manner and atmosphere. Another attorney made by the system, for the system. A poor representative for himself and a terrible representative for people with complex c...ases. Very untrustworthy, make sure to consult with other attorneys because this attorney is FULL of misguidance and misinformation, either due to lack of knowledge in the specific area or intentional misguidance. I have a strong legal background so I knew well enough to know what I was being "advised" was false and my previous knowledge and current legal representation confirmed that. Steer clear of this one, or at least reference check anything this guy advises.

I had a longstanding DWI that had lingered for years. I hired Joe and he was all business. He asked for my medical records and went through the arrest with me, step by step. The trooper seemed well prepared at trial at first and I was worried until I saw Joe in action. He dissected everything that c...op said and destroyed the case. By the end of the cross-examination, that cop was ready to go home. I have never seen such a thorough and relentless confrontation...not even in the movies. The fact that he was doing it for me made it that much more satisfying. He had the cop on the stand for over an hour. Joe Long stalked that cop like a tiger stalks his prey. I was glad he was on my side. The end was a formality. Everyone knew it was not guilty. I highly recommend Joe for any legal problem you have. He is super prepared, sharp as a tack and puts the prosecutor on the defense the whole time.

I was looking at life without the possibility of parole for what I thought was defending myself. I was diagnosed with PTSD from a home invasion that happened to me and my family 2 years prior to this incident. My mind blanked everything out so I could'nt remember much if anything at all, I felt hopel...ess and sitting in EBRPP and feeling hopeless, until Joe came out of nowhere and took on my case. All he had to work with is basically the evidence from the scene of the incident. Joe called in a forensic expert and the doctor that was treating me for the PTSD, between Joe and the expert witnesses if Helen Keller herself was sitting in the court room she would have seen the evidence clearly. To cut a long story short, I am now home with my family thanks to Joe, I owe him my life. Very highly recommended, very thorough and highly proficient in the court of law.
