I was looking at life without the possibility of parole for what I thought was defending myself. I was diagnosed with PTSD from a home invasion that happened to me and my family 2 years prior to this incident. My mind blanked everything out so I could'nt remember much if anything at all, I felt hopel...ess and sitting in EBRPP and feeling hopeless, until Joe came out of nowhere and took on my case. All he had to work with is basically the evidence from the scene of the incident. Joe called in a forensic expert and the doctor that was treating me for the PTSD, between Joe and the expert witnesses if Helen Keller herself was sitting in the court room she would have seen the evidence clearly. To cut a long story short, I am now home with my family thanks to Joe, I owe him my life. Very highly recommended, very thorough and highly proficient in the court of law. The prosecutor wanted me to take a plea. Joe took the case to trial and destroyed the police on cross examination. I won a directed verdict. I researched a lot of lawyers when I got my DWI. They all talk a good game but I am here to tell you, this guy walks the walk. He is aggressive, extremely ...prepared and a very quick thinker. He had those police tied in knots.
