I was disappointed to see how she handles her clients. I was treated like an afterthought, and I felt like I was a nuisance when I had an issue to discuss. She has no time to be bothered by us-the people who pay her. She is very slow to respond-if she even does. I feel that her office staff is in...competent, and would carry on conversations with my ex-which I thought was unethical or at the very least a no-no.
