Loretta puts on a good front. She has gone weeks (over a month at one point) without returning a phone call or email. Her communication skills are… less than adequate. She routinely withheld facts about the case. She allowed it to be drug out for well over 2 and a half years at this point. She has li...ed to me to get me to agree to something, she told me the cost of something was going to be $1500, it turned out to be $15,000. That $15,000 was spent to gain $30,000, that $15,000 came out of my end, so I gained $3,000 while she gained $12,000. She neglected to tell me about settlement offers that were being made. There is a lot more, but at the end, she tried to get me to sign a power of attorney over to her so she could close out the case without me seeing any of the wrongdoing before it was too late. Loretta will ONLY act in what is her best interest, she doesn’t care about the client.
