A general contractor failed to pay for the products and services we delivered to them. We approached Liskow and Lewis for assistance in obtaining funds due us by the contractor and their bonding company. We were lucky enough to have Carey Menasco handle this action for us. I firmly believe that throu...gh her dedication and perseverence in what was at times a very difficult situation, she was able to obtain a favorable ruling for our company. This year and a half process had many frustrating moments for us, but Carey was always forthright with us and never hesitated to point out the strengths and weaknesses so there were never any surprises.
