Ms. McLaughlin graduated from Louisiana State University in 2005 (B.A., History) and received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in 2008, where she graduated in the top 3% of her class. During law school, Ms. McLaughlin served on the Editorial Board for the Southern University Law Review.
