My wife and I hired Mr Diamond for a family law matter.. He is not transparent concerning his fees.. He and his assistant attempted to overcharge us until we brought it to his attention.. He was consistently late upon every meeting and court dates leaving my wife and I wondering if we were going to r...epresent ourselves.. He was over an hour late meeting my wife on the intitial consultation without even letting her know he was running late.. Each time he was late in court he looked like he'd been up all night.. I would not recommend this attorney.. It's all about his time not others...

James Diamond was hired because he has a law degree, however his knowledge of the law falters greatly. He will absolutely take your money.
