Took on State Agence and Won

Heavy handed state bureaucrats imposed a crippling fine on our business claiming that we did not comply with their agency's rules. We consulted several lawyers but none could offer us a solution to save our business. One recommended Ben Bagert because of his prior experience in state government as ...a state Senator. Mr Bagert took the state agency to court and demonstrated that the state's so called "rule" was unenforceable because it was not adopted in compliance with the Administrative Procedures Act. The judge showed respect for Mr. Bagert's knowledge of that area of the law. We won. We paid nothing, our business is doing well and we still rely on Mr. Bagert for guidance and legal advice.
