I was arrested around 4 years ago for possession of heroin and paraphernalia, because of lack of willingness to get sober I spent a year and a half on the run from the charges, while getting arrested in other states. When I finally decided it was time to get sober and face the charges I had in New Orleans, I reached out to Dylan. Dylan is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local court system in NOLA. Dylan walked me through the arduous process of criminal court. My past experience with attorney's has been that often they always had something more important to be doing than resolving my issue. Mr. Utley and his firm exceeded all expectations. On my first call to this firm, the phone was answered right away. For a matter that I would have expected to take over a month or so to have resolved, they had completed in 3 days!!
