I was arrested around 4 years ago for possession of heroin and paraphernalia, because of lack of willingness to get sober I spent a year and a half on the run from the charges, while getting arrested in other states. We were in New Orleans on a business trip originally and stayed downtown close to the French quarter where we could indulge in great food, drinks, and the night life.
