As a senior at Tulane university, I was wrongfully accused of se*ual assault and subsequently became involved in an "Alternate Dispute Resolution" and a Title IX investigation (after the "resolution" fell through). To cut a long tale short, I was facing a felony theft allegation that Mr. Rives was adamant about pursuing. We spent over two years in court, and my case was eventually reduced to a misdemeanor with inactive probation for a few months.
