I never thought I would find myself in the situation of needing a consumer protection lawyer. I, like many consumers today, went immediately to the web and tried to find a good lawyer. I can only thank heaven that I found William Cherbonnier. Retiring after 43 years, part of which I spent as a cont...ract manager, I thought myself a good negotiator. After a parent passed, I found myself heir to a property that had a reverse mortgage. I immediately let the mortgage company know of my parent's passing and was told that I would have a year to settle the debt on the property.
