I had what seems like it should be a simple case, but it still took years and while I don’t blame Kristyl for most of the delays, I do feel like during the process she was hard to get ahold of, often taking multiple attempts to get an answer to questions about policy, process, etc., and more than onc...e the answers I eventually received ended up being wrong. Not sure if I was just unlucky, got caught in the post-pandemic churn or what, but I never really felt in good hands. And despite her fairly low hourly rate, I ended up paying about her a quarter of what I received in the property division – and this is with no court, etc. It seems like a lot of people like her for custody issues, so I guess I’ll just say, make sure you feel like a priority to her.

If you want the best lawyer you need to hire the best!  I highly recommend Kristyl Treadaway! She is extremely knowledgeable about the laws regarding divorce and custody. She is honest and does not make any false promises. More importantly, she takes the time to explain everything. I had a previous l...awyer and I needed someone who specialized in family law. As soon as I met her, I could see her passion for my case and changed lawyers that minute. Her professional yet compassionate demeanor definitely helped to make this a little easier. While this has been a difficult process, she made sure to guide me through every step, answered all my questions including those I didn’t know I had, and fought for me and my kids. Mrs. Treadaway has handled 3 different cases with me... I have 6 kids by 3 different woman and one was a divorce... My lawyer has done more then I can ever ask of her I never had to call her cause she handles her business on her end very well... all my cases even the divorce I was very satisfied... I don’t think I could have gotten through the divorce process without Kristyl! Going through separation and divorce with two small children is hard enough, but when you are faced with the legal process you must find someone that is well versed and reputable.
