Kirk is very knowledgeable, and to the point. Bankruptcy was so scary an experience for me when I started, but he made it easy and helped me. They are really nice awesome lawyers.

I highly and enthusiastically recommend Elisabeth and Kirk. We had so many people asking for money. We had a very tight time line and the lawyers totally saved the day! They got the bankruptcy filed very quickly and worked a deal where we just had to pay a tiny fraction of the original amounts we owe...
