In the beginning of the process, Me Meyers was very pleasant to deal with. However he was a fast talker and assumed we always knew the verbiage and language of the bankruptcy process. But because of the reviews, we always just said okay and followed his lead. While in bankruptcy, he instructed me to ...temporarily stop Paying the house note and he'd take care of It through the process. Eventually our Mortgage Company filed a claim To be dismissed from the bankruptcy after we doubled the note 3 consecutive months. So my wife and I developed a plan to become current before we ended up in Foreclosure. It worked....we saved our home. I was sitting in Walmart parking king lot getting ready to pay our monthly fee and called Kirk For some advice. He instructed us to not pay and let the courts do miss the bankruptcy and refile. I called him the day we were dismissed to refile and he said to wait a week or so to refile. He emailed us a week later but now he need all these new documents we didn't need at first and it took some time to get them all Together. So today we send all the documents in and calls Kirk Meuers to settle the bill and re-file....after a lengthy phone call; he then tells us "he doesn't want to do business with us because our situation is too messy"! Sir you created this issue and now you just drop us. Ive recommended people to your business and done what you asked. Now it's messy due to you lack of care and you just leave us to drown in this debt. I pray no other customer has to go through this. Not only is it unfair but you're the one who created the mess. When I texted him how we felt, his response was Good Luck. Your integrity is aweful and your practices are wicked. I pray that Hod troubles your rest til you learn How to treat ALL people the right way. An Angry Former Customer
