I hired this office for assistance with a legal matter related to a traffic incident. From the beginning, communication was poor, and they failed to track the progress of my case. Despite my repeated attempts to keep them updated and request meetings, they missed critical deadlines and failed to sche...dule any substantive consultation with an attorney until it was far too late. I was essentially forced to handle all legal communications and procedures myself for several months. After realizing they were not providing any actual legal services, I had no choice but to retain a second attorney to properly address my legal issue — resulting in additional time, financial cost, and significant emotional stress. When I contacted them one last time in hopes of speaking with someone, I was told they were busy defending an "important" case and could not meet with me for another month — by which point more than four months had already passed since I had hired them. At that point, I asked for a refund, since I had not been able to utilize any of their services. They failed to respond. I then filed a dispute with my bank regarding the charges, only to discover that the firm had fabricated an itemized bill outlining services they never provided in order to contest the dispute. To make matters worse, they later sent me an email saying they were filing a "motion for continuance" to postpone a court date — despite there being no scheduled court appearance related to my case. That was the final straw, and I formally instructed them to cease any further communication or action on my behalf. This experience has been highly distressing and has forced me to consider taking further legal action, including filing a complaint with the Louisiana State Bar or State Disciplinary Board. I am also investigating whether this office is operating lawfully. In short, this firm caused me unnecessary stress, financial loss, and delays in my legal matter due to what I believe to be negligent, dishonest, and potentially fraudulent conduct. I strongly caution others against seeking their services.

I had a 3 year old credit card from capital one it’s was the only card I had, the limit is $300 they never graduated me, I didn’t know how to use it I also didn’t know they were 2 different dates on the card so I would pay it all off by 20th of each month and then by 22nd I spent it all off not knowi...ng there was a statement date which eventually I learnt on the 25th of each month. I cant say it enough how amazing he was! He was so empathetic and accommodating especially since I was going into this completely oblivious to how this court situation worked.
