Replied last April 26, 2019I'm sorry you feel that way. I note from the email correspondence that I always responded to you timely and explained the options available to you. Ultimately I can't make decisions for you. I can only advise and make suggestions. My job is to lay out the options and what we need to do to complete the chosen option. I understand that you may not like your options, but bankruptcy law gives us certain requirements that must be followed. These were explained to you. It is explained to all potential clients that I will respond immediately to email and text messages. Since I am a solo attorney with offices in Lincoln and Omaha, my availability by phone is limited and I would prefer not to spend that time playing phone tag. All clients are encouraged to schedule a phone call at a specific day and time. That way we don't have to constantly be trying to call each other back over several days.
