Justin Andrew Roberts

A year ago Justin helped me with some issues concerning divorce and what would happen with my child. He explained everything in a calm logical way that was very helpful. He was not judgmental and cited many possible outcomes to what might happen in the even of a separation or divorce. This was not... an easy call to make, yet Justin was very calm and provided sound legal advice.

I hired Mr. Roberts to assist with my divorce. The divorce wasn't the most amicable; however it wasn't very complicated. The case was not handled expeditiously. Instead of picking up a phone and calling opposing counsel for clarification on a matter he would file a motion, and then we would wait 9...0 days for a court date. This continued over and over. Justin also missed court dates, again delaying resolution to my case and adding bad-will to my case in front of the presiding judge. Justin also failed to file critical documents with the court that ended causing me to return to court years later to try and fight contempt charges of not filing said documents.

I've now used Mr. Roberts' services on three separate occasions. Each time, Mr. Roberts demonstrated excellence and helped me resolve the cases in a satisfactory manner. I was impressed with how Mr. Roberts handled my issues in a supportive and professional manner particularly during a stressful d...ivorce. He always looked out for my best interests and was very good at addressing my concerns that came up. I would definitely recommend his services.
