Consistently not performing
I hired Mr. Roberts to assist with my divorce. The divorce wasn't the most amicable; however it wasn't very complicated. The case was not handled expeditiously. Instead of picking up a phone and calling opposing counsel for clarification on a matter he would file a motion, and then we would wait 9...
