I am a consumer and business bankruptcy attorney with offices in Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska. For over 20 years I have helped familes and small businesses work their way out of debt through Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. We also assist clients with debt workout agreements and debt negotiation. I have been a speaker at various legal education seminars and write the Nebraska Debt & Bankruptcy Blog. ().
