Both Burke Smith and his associate Dana Ulrich were both extremely easy to work with and comforting in this not so enjoyable process. They both laid out everything I needed to accomplish and were both readily available throughout the process if I came across any issues or questions. Even after my bankruptcy court date, they are both still available to help out with any questions regarding job changes and anything else that would effect the bankruptcy. Highly recommend.

When I was looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney, being this is my first time ever filing. The lawyers that I would call, you would either have to leave a message, and pray they call you back, or you can set up apt with them, but they wanted 350.00 up front.. HMM I am filing for Bankruptcy and you want to charge me. When I called Burke smith Law, I was very surprised that Burke answered and I got to talk with him right away. We sat and talked on the phone, and then set up apt. I am telling you what after that apt I was hooked and felt so comfortable with trusting him. Everytime you call, he would answer the phone, you never had to wait for a answer, or wait days for him to call you back. He truly is a great lawyer to help you with anything. He walks you through it step by step. Very reasonable in price..Trust me when I tell you not to even look further and call him... Just at lest talk with him, he won't let you down.

Burke Smith was very honest and helpful. My husband and I when to talk to him and he explained/answered all of our questions. He made our bankruptcy process very simple and quick. The last thing I was very pleased with was his availability. We called or emailed served times to ask additional questions and he was able to answer and address our needs each time within a day or less. We are very grateful to have found Burke Smith because felt comforted from the beginning to the end of filing bankruptcy.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
We've been working together on tax and bankruptcy issues for a few months and I have to say that I am very impressed by Attorney Smith. Just one recent example... he called me on a case that was a combination tax/bankruptcy matter wanting to verify some ideas on finding the best way to help his client. Many attorneys would just have skipped helping the client because it was a complicated matter, but Attorney Smith researched it and wanted to verify that his conclusion was the best and most effective use of the client's resources - his client was in bankruptcy so had limited money (I wrote a manual on tax dispute resolution that he had in his private library) - he had come up with the right solution, which many attorneys would have skipped over. What impressed me was his caring for his client, his understanding of a complicated area of the law and the willingness to put his ego aside and verify he was doing the right thing by his client. In summary - I endorse him.
