I hired Brandi immediately following being served divorce papers. We knew it was going to be contentious, but her lack of interest in really handling my case the way I wanted it set me up for what was now been 3 years of hell in my custody and divorce case. I've been told by numerous other lawyers th...at the temporary order sets the stage for everything else, and at the temp order hearing she didn't bring up the issues I had, wouldn't listen to me when I told her my ex was abusive, and didn't fight for sole custody - which is what I wanted. Her response was "this is how it's done." But she didn't have to live with the results of her disinterest. Her rush to judgement and refusal to listen to my story set my children up for continued mental abuse from their father, 3 years of continuing court battles, and tens of thousands of dollars spent at lawyers. Had it been done differently from the beginning, my entire story would have been very different. And her lack of interest in my case and refusal to fight to represent me and my children created years of heartache. I wish I could go back and never pick up the phone to call Ms Fowler.

My husband and I cut it close by hiring an attorney only 1 week before trial. We had held out, but when our plans did not come into fruition we knew we needed a defense. Brandie represented our son in a child custody case where his child's mother continuously removed the child from her state of residence. Brandie helped him be assured his child would be returned for his visitation times and endlessly worked with him to receive full custody. The case was dropped by ...both parties due to reconciliation but we were sure he would have received full custody when the case went to judge trial. We were extremely pleased with Brandie's knowledge of the laws and her ethics when decisions needed to be made. I would definitely recommend her law services!

I hired Brandie to help me with a custody issue despite family members telling me to go another route. Brandie was extremely professional and seemed to know what she was talking about during our initial meeting. It wasn't until after I hired her that her attitude did a total 180. Whenever I would cal...l, she seemed annoyed by my calls. When I emailed, she was short and extremely snarky. If someone is that bothered by their clients, maybe they are in the wrong profession..? She didn't even win my case in the end. I should have listened my my family members and went with another attorney. One who actually cares and isn't so RUDE.
