Devestating results
I hired Brandi immediately following being served divorce papers. We knew it was going to be contentious, but her lack of interest in really handling my case the way I wanted it set me up for what was now been 3 years of hell in my custody and divorce case. I've been told by numerous other lawyers th...

Savvy Professional
My husband and I cut it close by hiring an attorney only 1 week before trial. We had held out, but when our plans did not come into fruition we knew we needed a defense. Brandie was recommended by a close friend to us. Her office and efficient staff did an amazing job with only several days to prepar...

Unprofessional
I was her client and although I was divorcing my ex-wife at the time, she had the nerve to yell, in the courtroom, that my ex-wife was "not fit to raise a stray dog," infront of my ex-wife and her attorney. And, I didn't even win my case! Please consider finding a professional and mature attorney.
Your comments are appreciated. Often, we attorneys are faced with insurmountable facts which we can only work to minimize, particularly during a trial. It is absolutely critical that clients are forthright about their specific circumstances so that attorneys can develop their case or defend it adequately. I can say with complete confidence that I have never yelled anything in a courtroom. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Rude and unprofessional
I hired Brandie to help me with a custody issue despite family members telling me to go another route. Brandie was extremely professional and seemed to know what she was talking about during our initial meeting. It wasn't until after I hired her that her attitude did a total 180. Whenever I would cal...
Thank you for your comments. With an anonymous post, it is understandably difficult to respond to feedback. As you may know, attorneys are bound by strict confidentiality, such that even if I could identify you, I would not be comfortable commenting specifically upon the facts of your case or its outcome in such a public forum. I would certainly welcome discussing your experience with you via phone or email, as the feedback of every client matters and is appreciated.

Family law cases. Highly recommend.
Brandie applied a common sense and practical approach to my case. She made herself available to discuss strategy and responsed to my inquiries in a reasonable timeframe. Further, she offered realistic solutions and was amicable with opposing counsel to minimize conflict. I highly recommend Brandie fo...
"I have practiced with and against Brandie Fowler for my entire career and I am always impressed by her creativity and diligence in pursuit of her clients interest. Anyone would be well served to have Brandie Fowler as their legal counsel."
"Brandie is a tremendous asset to the Omaha legal community. She is thoughtful, diligent, and competent. She performs excellent legal work for her clients, and is a pleasure to work with from the other side. I frequently refer business to her when I am unable to accept it myself."
"Brandie, in my opinion, is easy to work with. She doesn't get caught up with outside influences, which has always allowed us to resolve matters quickly."
