Great lawyer, very professionnal and very effective. Would recommend to anyone.

A couple summer ago, I was victim of a medical malpratrice while consulting with an specialist. After several visit with the Doctor, I had surgery for something that was wrongfully diagnosed. After the surgery, I realised I still had the initial symptoms on top of the damages left by the surgery I we...nt through. One month after the surgery, I consulted another doctor and confirmed the wrong diagnostic that led to the surgery. At that time, I was in pain and angry, I needed to do something. Using AVVO I found Rensch & Renchs lawfirm, seen they had very good reviews and decided to give them a call. The answer was very quick and I met with Sean the following week. Sean did an awesome job listening to me, understanding my situation and helping me to calm down and deal with the situation rationnally. From the very start, I felt that Sean was on my side and this helped greatly to go through the first painfull months that followed the surgery. He worked with me gathering all the medical documents and we put togheter a claim. At every step of the procedures, Sean made sure that I was well informed and that I was in total agreement with the decision we took. Being a professionnal myself, I appreciated Sean's approach and respect him even more for that. The legal procedures went on for a few months following the moment we sent the claim to the Doctor / Hospital. After a few weeks of negociation we agreed to an off court settlement that was best for both parties involved. Sean made a great job getting the best agreement possible for me while minimising the legal fees. Following my surgery, I was angry, in pain, afraid of the medical system and was looking for some kind of justice in all of this. Today, I can say that Sean Rensch made a great job at calming me, reassuring me, and getting me justice against the big machine the doctors and hospital represents. I am very glad I found Rensch & Rensch through the AVVO website and I would recommend their services to anyone that needs a smart and effective lawyer. More than that, I now consider Sean as my friend and I would put my rights in his expert hands anytime !

Sincere and professional

They were extremely professional and sincere about wanting to help me navigate my claim, also they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, never once pressured me to make a decision, and never let me make a decision without having all the information relevant to my individual case.

simply the best

I can’t say enough good things about Sean Rensch and Rensch & Rensch Law. Sean’s paralegal Melanie was about as nice a person as I’ve ever met and always made me feel like I mattered. The firm treated me like a human being as opposed to a tool to increase its own bottom line.
