Rear ended and thought Everything was ok!

I was creamed by another driver in a car accident in Omaha recently. I had a lot of pain, but I thought I could power through. I ended up having to go to the doctor for my injuries. The treatment went fine and helped. However, when I contacted the other driver’s insurance company, things got ugly.... I guess I should not be surprised, but you never really know how bad insurance companies can be until you are the one who needs to file a claim. It was ridiculous. They treated me like… well, like a person who does not matter. I was referred to Sean by a lawyer buddy of mine. Without Sean’s help and expertise, I might have just taken peanuts to be done with it! Sean and his staff came through for me. Helped me through a tough time in my life. I am glad I found them. I now have another lawyer buddy . His name is Sean Rensch! Thank you, Sean, and Rensch & Rensch law.

Couldn't be happier!

My fiancé and I, along with our children, were involved in a horrific car crash on October 14, 2017. There are moments in life where you think that the world is falling apart. I was in one of those moments after that crash. My primary concern was for the kids and my fiancé and though they were inju...red, I think they’ve all recovered with no lasting injuries. Luckily, I was the one who took the brunt of the forces of the accident. I suffered a serious back injury that required spinal surgery. I had a good doctor and I feel like I am in a good place now, physically. But, wow, if I had not found Sean Rensch and R&R Law, I don’t think I would ever have resolved the insurance claim. Sean and his team took control of the situation right off the bat. They never backed down and fought for me every step of the way. It was actually fun to read some of the letters and emails that Sean sent on my behalf. He clearly knows how to deal with difficult insurance people. I see ads on tv about lawyers and I hear ads on the radio. I really did not want one of those kinds of lawyers. I wanted an attorney who would treat me like a human being, instead of just another file. Sean took care of my kids and my fiancé first. That is what I wanted him to do. What he did for me is still difficult for me to understand because I never dreamed I would recover the amount of money that I ended up getting. He was able to obtain the entire amount of the insurance available from the bad driver. After that, we went after my own insurance and I could not be happier with the result. In the end, I feel like I was treated the right way and got an amazing result. Sean is a good person and took care of me and my family. I feel like I gained a new friend too. Sean is the man!!

I can’t say enough good things about Sean Rensch and Rensch & Rensch Law. Sean’s paralegal Melanie was about as nice a person as I’ve ever met and always made me feel like I mattered. The firm treated me like a human being as opposed to a tool to increase its own bottom line. I am a local business... owner and I firmly believe that treating customers with respect and integrity is important. Trust is important. When you are injured in a personal injury accident, you need an attorney you can trust. Someone who cares about you as a person. It probably makes sense that my experience with Rensch & Rensch started with a car crash. I was injured in an accident while driving on the interstate in Nebraska when my car was hit from behind by a large commercial truck.
