Best PI Attorney in Omaha

I am a car accident victim. I am also an attorney who represents clients in litigation in Omaha, Nebraska. I’ve been practicing law in this town and trying cases in front of Nebraska juries for over 20 years. In 2015, on my way to work in downtown Omaha, a woman ran a stop sign and crashed her veh...icle into the passenger side of my car. This was not a minor impact. I suffered a serious injury, including a fractured hand, and I missed a ton of work. I don’t handle injury cases in my daily practice and I knew I needed help. Sean is an amazing lawyer. He does not stop putting up a fight until he gets what he thinks we deserve. I was in a car accident in 2017 and we had to hold off for a little while until I turned 19. As soon as I turned 19, he was there and ready to work. I would rate him 10 stars.

Couldn't be happier!

My fiancé and I, along with our children, were involved in a horrific car crash on October 14, 2017. There are moments in life where you think that the world is falling apart. I was in one of those moments after that crash. My primary concern was for the kids and my fiancé and though they were inju...red, I think they’ve all recovered with no lasting injuries. Luckily, I was the one who took the brunt of the forces of the accident. I suffered a serious back injury that required spinal surgery. I had a good doctor and I feel like I am in a good place now, physically. But, wow, if I had not found Sean Rensch and R&R Law, I don’t think I would ever have resolved the insurance claim. Sean and his team took control of the situation right off the bat. They never backed down and fought for me every step of the way. It was actually fun to read some of the letters and emails that Sean sent on my behalf. He clearly knows how to deal with difficult insurance people. I see ads on tv about lawyers and I hear ads on the radio. I really did not want one of those kinds of lawyers. I wanted an attorney who would treat me like a human being, instead of just another file. Sean took care of my kids and my fiancé first. That is what I wanted him to do. What he did for me is still difficult for me to understand because I never dreamed I would recover the amount of money that I ended up getting. He was able to obtain the entire amount of the insurance available from the bad driver. After that, we went after my own insurance and I could not be happier with the result. In the end, I feel like I was treated the right way and got an amazing result. Sean is a good person and took care of me and my family. I feel like I gained a new friend too. Sean is the man!!

Wonderful experience working with Sean!

A few years ago, I received severe injuries resulting from being rear-ended at 55 mph by an uninsured motorist while working. I underwent several major surgeries over the course of a year, and was unable to work during that time. I feared that my injuries would force me to take a disability retirem...ent in my mid-40s, which I certainly did not want to do. Fortunately, my auto insurance policy allowed for me to file a claim, as a result of suffering severe injuries by an uninsured motorist. My wife and I were referred to Sean, and worked very closely with him. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, thorough, and always prompt in communicating with us. He made us feel comfortable and put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. Luckily, I recovered from my injuries, and was finally able to return to work.
