Made the Difficult Understandble
We have second marriages and 3 families. The other attorneys made this seem so difficult to accomplish what we want. Dan made it understandable and helped put together the plan we want for ourselves and our families.
"Dan is an exceptional attorney whose practice combines terrific knowledge and analytical skills and exceptional client communication. Dan and I worked together on an estate plan for a client that had several technical considerations. Specifically, the clients had to balance a very large tax deferred plan, sustaining cash flow for the balance of their lives while achieving their charitable planning goals. Dan effectively walked the clients through several scenarios and explained it to them in a way that was understandable and effectively affirmed the clients' goals. Additionally, I have been in public speaking forums with Dan and his ability to illustrate real client situations that induces the public to take action is remarkable. Dan is also a part time professor at Creighton University and keeps up with new developments in the law. I consider it a privilege to work with him on matters and highly recommend his legal services to any prospective clients."
"I endorse Dan because he's the most creative estate planners I've ever met, finding unique and workable solutions to everyday and complex matters"
