Both Burke Smith and his associate Dana Ulrich were both extremely easy to work with and comforting in this not so enjoyable process. They both laid out everything I needed to accomplish and were both readily available throughout the process if I came across any issues or questions. Even after my bankruptcy court date, they are both still available to help out with any questions regarding job changes and anything else that would effect the bankruptcy. Highly recommend.

When I was looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney, being this is my first time ever filing. The lawyers that I would call, you would either have to leave a message, and pray they call you back, or you can set up apt with them, but they wanted 350.00 up front.. HMM I am filing for Bankruptcy and you want to charge me. When I called Burke smith Law, I was very surprised that Burke answered and I got to talk with him right away. We sat and talked on the phone, and then set up apt. I am telling you what after that apt I was hooked and felt so comfortable with trusting him. Everytime you call, he would answer the phone, you never had to wait for a answer, or wait days for him to call you back. He truly is a great lawyer to help you with anything. He walks you through it step by step. Very reasonable in price..Trust me when I tell you not to even look further and call him... Just at lest talk with him, he won't let you down.

Burke Smith was very honest and helpful. My husband and I when to talk to him and he explained/answered all of our questions. He made our bankruptcy process very simple and quick. The last thing I was very pleased with was his availability. We called or emailed served times to ask additional questions and he was able to answer and address our needs each time within a day or less. We are very grateful to have found Burke Smith because felt comforted from the beginning to the end of filing bankruptcy.

I had gone and talk to other attorneys prior to talking to Mr. Burke. I knew that he was the one I wanted. Not that the others did not treat me with respect but the others, I felt, just cared about getting the fee they were going to receive. At my first meeting with Mr. Burke, he started off by making me very comfortable and reasurring me that life after bankruptcy will be alright. He then explained to me exactly how the process works very thoroughly. After filing, he kept me informed and got back to me quickly if he needed something to proceed. Also I would like to give a shout out to his assistant, Dana. She too treated me with respect. And after discharge, you receive a link to a credit building program free of charge. I have used it and my credit score hs gone up. If you are thinking about filing bankruptcy, I would recommend Mr. Burke and Dana. I do not think you will be disappointed. And by the way, Mr. Burke was the only attorney that offered me something to drink.

For such a scary time in my life, and after having had a bad experience with a divorce attorney, hiring and working with Mr. Smith was like a gentle pat on the back. He was NON-judgmental, friendly, thoughtful, reassuring, willing, present, and understanding. I never felt rushed, unheard, or like I was simply another paycheck. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Burke, was great to work with. Burke, was great on explaining the process to my wife and I. He is very forward and to the point and everything went very smooth. In a stressful time it was great to have someone in your corner who is willing to help and defend you. Thank you Burke for your help.

Burke & Dana your office is AMAZING. I initially thought that bankruptcy would not work for me and after the first call to your office I was reassured the process was not as bad as what I thought. Your team answer my questions right away and now I feel at peace with my overall financial health and well being. I can now answer my phone without cringing in thinking that it's another collector stating they are planning to garnish my wages. With the current plan in place I can now rest easy. I would recommend your services to the world. Thanks again for assisting me through this entire process.

I was very nervous about filing bankruptcy (chapter 7), and nervous that I would be shamed or made to feel bad about my situation, but that isn't what happened at all. Burke really has compassion and didn't ever make me feel like I should be embarrassed or ashamed at all. He walked me through every step of the process, let me know deadlines, what I needed, what he needed, and what the next steps were. I really appreciated how dedicated he was to making sure that I understood what was going on, without ever seeming above me, or condescending at all. He's really great to work with, as is Dana, and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I not only would recommend him, but I already have to a couple friends who also had concerns about where to start, and how they would be treated.

Mr. Smith is amazing. He definitely knows his stuff. I came in to his office in quite the pickle. He treated me as a person and not as a customer in need of a sales pitch. This guy is very professional and straight to the point. You can be honest with him, he is a good guy for sure. Every time i was in doubt, and was worried about something as far as my debt was concerned or how this process will work, he would always make me feel like everything was OK. Now i had my doubts don't get me wrong. However he walked me through the whole process and has been their for me since then. Every time scamming debt collectors called me, he's been their for me. Even after we closed the deal on my bankruptcy. He is an amazing guy and the risk and trust I put into a guy I new nothing about was well worth it. I would trust this guy with anything his services have to offer. Bankruptcy's can be expensive sure. But he is a person just like most of us with a problem, and understands that, well if were coming to him we must be in some financial trouble. So he does accept payments. Just don't blow smoke with the guy is all I have to say. Remember when you hire him, he's working for you, not the debt collectors. He is here for us. He will work with you in anyway he possibly can as long as you are willing to do your part. Highly recommended for sure.
