Won My Case 100% P&T

Stephanie Costello help me tremendously. Back when I got out in 2019 from the army I was awarded 80% disability, for whatever reason the va took some percentage away for whatever reason. I tried to fight and do it myself but was not getting anywhere. I heard of berry law firm and decided to give a tr...y. Not only did Costello won my case we still have other claim we waiting for the board of veteran appeals. If everything goes right I will have a big check dated back since 2020. Costello responded to all my emails and kept me inform on the next step for the plan of action. At first I thought everything was moving slow but it wasn't because of her. The va in generally is very slow. Now here is the timeline. 2020-2021 I was able to go from 80% to 90 and 2023 I went from 90 to 93%. 2024 Costello won my case to 100% as P&T. Not only did she win my case but she still fighting other claims for me making sure I get what I'm entitled to. I referred alot of veterans to her. She has amazing work. I referred alot of veterans to her, I'm am very please with her work and would recommend anyone to her. Thanks Berry Law Firm for hiring outstanding attorney.

I had been trying to navigate the VA benefits filing forms and regulations for a number of years concerning medical issues I had while serving in Army in the late sixties and getting nowhere and constant denials . I retained Miss Stephanie as my attorney through The Berry Law Firm 3yrs ago an...d after working with her and all her help I was able to have my VA claim approved for 100% service connected compensation. I never would have been able to do this without her help.

This law firm is legit and do everything it can to get you an award

When I had my military discharge physical in 1968, the doctor said I had a 10% hearing loss in my left ear. I really didn’t give his comments much weight then as I stayed in the reserves and earned my retirement. However, during that time period, my hearing continued to slowly deteriorate. I had n...ot kept a copy of my discharge physical; of course it was destroyed in the St. Louis warehouse fire that destroyed so many military records. I also had never used the VA system because of all the horror stories I had heard. A couple of years ago some friends, who had also served in the military and whose hearing was also a problem for them, and I started commiserating with each other about our hearing loss and wishing we had initiated action to obtain financial remuneration. However, we all felt that being unfamiliar with the maze of government regulations and trying to get some compensation at our age would be a long, tedious and likely losing battle. Then someone said that he had used the Berry Law Firm whose sole mission was to help veterans get through the laborious paperwork and did not charge anything unless our case was favorably adjudicated. The law firm had helped him with the paperwork and he had been awarded compensation. I contacted them and was assigned lawyer Stephaine Costello who I quickly learned was very knowledgeable of the regulations regarding hearing loss. Both she and assistant Ulysses Larios were accessible as needed, stayed abreast of my case, literally did all the paperwork, and quickly submitted any appeals well ahead of deadlines. And, unlike some points of contact in other law firms, Mrs. Costello and Mr. Larios were readily accessible by email or phone whenever the situation dictated. They turned a potential quagmire into, frankly, a painless experience. In a short time, I have been awarded 30% disability. I highly recommend Berry Law!

Berry Law gets the job done!

I realized after filing one appeal after another with the VA that I needed help. I chose Berry Law because they specialize with the Camp Lejeune contaminated water act. I took a chance without knowing who they were. I served in Camp Lejeune during the period of the contamination water act that too...k place before 1987. Many of my claims are in relation to Camp Lejeune so I thought I would give them a try because they seemed to be a good fit for me. Through a period of 3 years (since 2020), Stephanie (my attorney) has worked diligently with me to ensure my claims and appeals were sent in and processed on a regular basis. I know that I was the client that was tenacious with details and time sensitive paperwork. I called and emailed her constantly and her assistant. All that work paid off! I am now 100% service connected. My recommendation is to choose Berry Law and especially Stephanie. She knew what to do to assist me with the paperwork that only an attorney could provide that I couldn't. I know that I bothered her a lot. I didn't ever give up and neither did Berry Law. I appreciate everything that Stephanie and Berry Law did for me. Thank you for a job well done! I encourage all veterans to please get assistance with their claims and appeals. It really pays off. Get what you deserve!
