Stephanie Costello help me tremendously. Back when I got out in 2019 from the army I was awarded 80% disability, for whatever reason the va took some percentage away for whatever reason. When I had my military discharge physical in 1968, the doctor said I had a 10% hearing loss in my left ear. I really didn’t give his comments much weight then as I stayed in the reserves and earned my retirement. However, during that time period, my hearing continued to slowly deteriorate. I had n...ot kept a copy of my discharge physical; of course it was destroyed in the St. Louis warehouse fire that destroyed so many military records. I realized after filing one appeal after another with the VA that I needed help. I chose Berry Law because they specialize with the Camp Lejeune contaminated water act.
