Jeffery A Jordan

I am a partner with the law firm of Foulston Siefkin LLP.  I received mys B.S. degree from Wichita State University in 1982 and J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1985 where I was Order of the Coif and an editor for the Kansas Law Review. my practice emphasizes business and commercial litigation.  I have represented clients in a wide variety of contract disputes, creditors’ rights/bankruptcy, UCC litigation, products liability, construction disputes, accounting malpractice, oil and gas measurement, property tax valuations, and cattle and feedlot related disputes. I also serve as General Counsel for Foulston Siefkin and Chair of the firm’s internal ethics committee.  I have also been a member of the Wichita Bar Association Ethics and Grievance Committee since 1996 and has chaired that committee since July 2008.
