Insurance law suit from an accident

Mr West was the attorney assigned to us through State Farm after an car accident in which we were being sued for. He was very professional and diligent on the case. He communicated very well with us and was always kind and understanding. He was able to get the case settled within the limits of our ...insurance. He took care of us well and we were very happy with his professional service.

Extremely pleased

My family and I were pleased with the outcomes, thanks to Craig. He was hired for us after a car wreck, and he made us feel comfortable and at ease. This is never a fun process to go through and he helped us feel better during stressful times. I recommend Craig, he'll get the job done for you.

Great communicator with a calm demeanor

Car accidents and lawsuits are incredibly stressful and Craig West was a great lawyer for making sure that I understood everything that was going on, at each step in the process. He is a great communicator, speaking in lay terms rather than judicial jargon. What I appreciated the most is that when I ...was feeling uncertain and stressed, he really offered information that helped settle my nerves. I have very little experience with lawyers, so he's set the bar really high.

Insurance Defense Emporia

My son was involved in an accident and no one was found at fault at the scene. The other party decided to file civil charges against my son and our insurance company. Craig managed all of the details over the lengthy process, over three years from incident to conclusion of case. Craig also managed... the process long distance. Craig met with my son several times throughout the process and put my son at ease in preparing for the court case. Knows the law, the process, prepares for the litigation and ultimately defended our cause.
