About Phoenix
Biography
Phoenix Anshutz is a lifelong resident of Kansas and has come to find Wichita as his new home. He attended Emporia State where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2014. Mr. Anshutz then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2017.
Phoenix has a demonstrated history of working in the government regulation industry. A deep knowledge of administrative law gives him the ability to help clients navigate the complexities of governmental regulation. Phoenix has developed a strong knowledge of municipal law through his time serving on his local city council regularly assisting the counsel with legal matters. Phoenix is skilled in legal research and writing and has successfully represented clients in estate planning, education law, and employment law matters.
Phoenix was admitted to the Kansas bar in 2017, the Indiana bar in 2021 and joined Penner Lowe Law Group September 2021. He is a member of the Wichita Bar Association, Wichita Bar Young Lawyers, Wesley E. Brown Inn of Court, and the Kansas Bar Association.
Outside of work, Phoenix enjoys golf, hiking, and watching Oklahoma football.
