C. Ryan Gering

W/out going into the specifics of the incident suffice it to say that my very good son made a very bad decision that could have potentially destroyed his dreams of serving in the military as a musician. Ryan guided us through about six months of some very trying times to include the administrative ...and criminal proceedings and was instrumental in allowing my son to retain his privileges w/out restrictions. He was willing to work w/us on short notice, provided excellent advice and representation, was willing to answer our constant “what if” questions and worked w/us up until the day of my son’s enlistment in the Marine Corps – as a Marine musician. W/out Ryan’s help I doubt my son’s dream would have materialized. I am exceedingly grateful for his help.

First off and unfortunately, I've had cause and requirement to hire an attorney from the top firm in the city, state, possibly region a few times over the last 5 yrs. I was referred to the law offices of (at the time) Hulnick, Stang, and Rapp by an officer of the law who confessed he and many of his... collegues simply hate being questioned and crossed by a defense with a attorney from that firm. I first interviewed with the big dog, Mr. Les Hulnick. Needless to say he was everything I had been hearing about and then some. With his sharp and dynamic character he grabs your attention and holds it with ease. He is truly a legal Juggernaut and as you walk out of his office you let out a sigh of relief as you know without a doubt you came to the right place. Mr. Hulnick informed me my case would be put into the capable hands of C.Ryan Gering. At this point my mind immediately and foolishly had one thought... I didn't remember hearing the name Gering in the firms name. That is one thing for which I've learned my lesson well. I noticed that Gering wasn't a named partner and thought oh no. I must not be very important afterall. I have truly never been so completely and utterly wrong and have never been so happy about it . Although Les Hulnick meets and surpasses any and everything you hear. Such is the path I walked with Ryan that I would rather wait for his availability to represent me over any other lawyer. That being said when it comes to Hulnick, stang, and Gering .... That is correct readers, C.Ryan Gering is now a named partner. And could've earned such an acheivement with the phenomenal work he did on any one case. Ryan is not going to waste time with a lot of words nor feed you a line of legal jargon that sails over your head. The expression walk softly but carry a big stick is what he reminds me of. He's a ninja lawyer. He is careful, crafty, and cunning. He is also as patient as they come, both with putting up with me and most importantly with very precisely picking his moment to strike. His results are a testimony to his methods. Both of the other attorney's (Les Hulnick and John Rapp) that I've consulted with or was represented by at this firm were outstanding and they are both legal rockstars and they ARE legal rockstars. Ryan opts to deliver his legal expertise one of two ways that I've seen so far, he quite calmly and with out an excess of words or posturing will either drop you like a sniper from a 1000 yds out, or if you ask for it he'll walk right up and look you in the eye and drop you like a heavy weight boxer with a legal left hook. It's all depending on the situation and I have delivered Ryan some rough cases to handle, the latest was flat out unwinnable I guarantee even Ryan thought "holy impossible case, batman!" And probably wanted to call me up and say "damn it Jim, I'm a lawyer not a doctor!" "this case is on life support and needs the plug pulled." Instead he shook my hand, smiled, and preceded to create a strategy for victory that floored me when he informed me of the plan... and to my shame I actually had some doubts about our unique defense. This was a long play strategy and I can't recall one detail not going his way from start to victory and what a glorious and sweet moment that victory was. I have seen and benefited from his methods more than once, and while I've only ever met top notch lawyers at the firm, for my money and freedom there is only one name I want to hear when trouble comes a knocking. I will never adequately convey my gratitude and admiration for named partner C. Ryan Gering. So you can all read this but then go find your own legal eagle, his firm has plenty of rockstars I'm sure... Oh, I was just told it only feels like you're his sole client.
