Max Worrel McCord III

My 5 grandchildren were left with no parents. I was ripped off by two attorneys until I found Mr. McCord. He was very compassionate, always returned my calls and handled everything efficiently. He filed probate information, all 5 children financial reports; guardianship reports and transfers. We... would never have gotten through all the legal red tape without Max. I was so pleased to know that there was an attorney out there with an actual heart. I have met several with cash registers for hearts. Mr. McCord handled everything and it was a very involved case.

My initial impression was that Mr. McCord was very prompt and effective. Seemed to know his stuff. We thought we had made a good choice. We put our trust in him to ensure our best interests. However, unfortunately, he ended up inadvertently making a mistake which all but took away our ability to appe...al. Very frustrating because my wife and I felt very strongly about our case and wanted to keep fighting. The disappointing part though was Mr. McCord's indifference. Just didn't seem to care about us. Further, I've since taken a close look at the legal work that he did for us and my impression is that he wasn't all that thorough. We would not recommend him.
