Gifted!
Phil is the man you want in your corner when you've been falsely accused. He was fantastic in my particular scenario getting us a no-charge on a matter in Johnson County. He knows the players in the game and puts together a plan and executes. He is good at answering and responding to calls and emails. He also is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to state statutes. Professional and Effective
Phil Stein and Jackie Rokusek have been honest and professional at the very start. We hired Phil after our confidence in previous attorney was diminished. Phil was extremely well versed in the matters surrounding our sons case. He was always there to answer any questions we had without sugar coating anything. Phil was very patient and was easy to speak to. I believe his experience as a previous prosecutor gives him the edge on what goes on behind the scenes. We had the best possible out come with Phil on our side. So happy we hired Rokusek Stein to represent our son! The best!

EXCELLENT!
My husband and I hired Phil Stein and after interviewing him immediately hired him! Phil is all business but listened to our problems and worked with us to get results! I am very picky about people having GOOD morals and Phil is the PROFESSIONAL you want to hire!! Phil knows what he is doing in a courtroom and my husband and I were happy with our results! Remarkable Service and Outcome!!!
I had a court appointed attorney for a criminal charge that was wanting me to plea out and telling me I couldn't prove, without a reasonable doubt, my case to a jury. I disagreed with him and decided to hire an attorney. Phil took my case with one days notice, and like my friend told me he would, he took good care of me. Charges were dismissed! I would and do refer him to anyone with criminal charges in the Johnson County area!!!

Outstanding job
I hired Mr. Stein recently to combat a couple of bogus parking tickets I received last month. He took care of the both and got them removed. It was efficient and professional service.
