Won our case
We are a small HOA. We hired Rick Davis to sue a problem homeowner to get him to comply with the HOA rules and pay for the damages he caused us. We were successful on all counts and could not be happier with the way things turned out.

Bend Over
I emailed Mr. Davis and requested an interview. He was agreeable to that provided I pay him $255 per hour. I appealed to his common sense, but without success. Quiet title
I used Rick on an auto I purchased out of state that didn't have a VIN on the car. I found I needed a quiet title to be able to register. Contacted Rick and he took care of everything quickly at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend his services.
